What is Leaders Circle NYC?

Leaders Circle is an exclusive, invitation-only experience for senior business and technical executives. Set against the backdrop of New York City, this gathering serves as a strategic platform to engage with peers and explore Google’s latest AI innovations.

Can you tell me who else will be attending Leaders Circle NYC?

To ensure the privacy and security of our guests, we are unable to share the list of attendees. Our group will consist of leaders from across industries and around the globe.

Can I invite my colleague or can they take my place/invitation?

Leaders Circle NYC is an invitation-only event and invites are non-transferable.

What is the recommended attire?

The dress code for the event is business casual.

What is the weather like in New York City in late October?

The average high is 58°F–62°F (14°C–17°C) with a low of 45°F–50°F (7°C–10°C). 

I have special dietary requirements. How can I inform you?

Please include your requirements in the dietary section of the registration form or advise us by email at gc-leaderscircle@google.com and we will ensure that your requirements are met.

How do I make edits to my registration?

Please access your registration form to make any necessary edits. For edits you’re unable to make through your registration form, please email us at gc-leaderscircle@google.com.

When should I arrive?

Leaders Circle NYC begins on Sunday, October 25. The event will officially begin with our Welcome Reception at 6:30 PM ET.

Please be aware that hotel check-in is at 4:00 PM ET. While we can request an early check-in, it is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

When should I depart?

To fully experience Leaders Circle NYC, we recommend departing on Tuesday, October 27, in the late afternoon. This will allow you to attend our final session, which will conclude at 1:30 PM ET.

Which airport should I plan to fly into?

Commercial flights: New York City is serviced by three major airports. While LaGuardia (LGA) is the closest, travel times vary depending on traffic. Estimated drive times to The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad are:

  • LaGuardia Airport (LGA): 9 miles (20–45 minutes)
  • John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK): 17 miles (40–60 minutes)
  • Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR): 15 miles (45–60 minutes)

Private aviation: Key gateways for private jets include Teterboro (TEB), Westchester County (HPN), and Republic (FRG), as well as JFK, LGA, and EWR. Estimated drive times from the dedicated private aviation hubs to the hotel are:

  • Teterboro Airport (TEB): 12 miles (30–55 minutes)
  • Westchester County Airport (HPN): 32 miles (50–80 minutes)
  • Republic Airport (FRG): 36 miles (60–90 minutes)

Are you providing ground transportation to and from the airport once I’m in New York City?

Yes, we will be providing premium shared airport transfers for all of our invited guests to and from all major New York City area commercial and private airports on approved arrival and departure dates. If you don’t have your flight information during registration, we’ll follow up with you a month before the event. We’re unable to coordinate transportation without receiving this information in advance.

Will you be covering flight costs?

We are happy to provide hotel and round-trip shared ground transportation to and from all major New York City areas commercial and private airports. Attendees will be responsible for their flight expenses.

If I’m driving, where do I park?

The event will be hosted at The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad, 25 W 28th St, New York, NY 10001, and we will cover valet parking for two nights.

Do I need to make my own hotel reservations?

No, our team will be coordinating and providing hotel accommodations for all attendees. We will cover hotel accommodations from Sunday, October 25, to Tuesday, October 27 (two nights for US and Canadian travelers, and three nights for international travelers). Additional nights may be reserved at your own expense. Please let us know your accommodation preferences when you register. You’ll receive your hotel confirmation number before the event.

What are breakout sessions?

Breakout sessions are opportunities for smaller groups to interact together outside of Leaders Circle NYC general content, and are often led by our speakers. In early September, confirmed attendees will be notified via email when breakout session sign-ups are available. Please note that space is limited, and reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

What is the schedule for the event?

Each day will be filled with content sessions and networking opportunities. The full event schedule can be found on the Leaders Circle NYC website. Agenda updates, including speaker announcements, will be updated regularly as our programming expands and evolves.
