By registering for and attending Leaders Circle, you understand that the following terms apply:

GENERAL

• You will be solely responsible for your own safety, belongings, and well-being while participating in Leaders Circle NYC. Google LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for your participation in Leaders Circle.
• Leaders Circle registration must be used by the original registrant and is non-transferable.
• Attendees must be at least 21 years of age to attend Leaders Circle.
• Registration and attendance is not allowed by (1) residents of or individuals ordinarily resident in embargoed countries or by (2) individuals otherwise prohibited by applicable exports controls or local law.
• The content presented during the event is proprietary to Google with all rights reserved. For media inquiries, please email press@google.com.
• All information entered into the registration form must be correct and accurate to the best of your knowledge. All information must be entered in English.
• By registering, you acknowledge that your information will be used in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• All registered attendees agree to allow Google to contact them regarding their registration and attendance at the event. By registering, you agree to allow Google to communicate with you via email with information regarding the event.

IN-PERSON PARTICIPATION

• Photographs and/or video taken at Leaders Circle by Google, or by others on behalf of Google, may include your image or likeness. You agree that Google may use such photographs and/or video for any purpose without compensation to you.
